Video Quick setup guide

1.1 Welcome to RealBuilderWeb

RealBuilderWeb is a Canadian real estate website platform built exclusively for TRREB‑licensed agents. Your site includes real‑time TRREB MLS® listings, AI‑powered home evaluations, neighbourhood insights, and automated lead capture tools — all designed to help you convert visitors into clients with minimal setup.

1.2 Create Your Account

  • Sign up with your email
  • Verify your account
  • Create your website by choosing your branding, colours, and basic layout
  • Preview your full site instantly — publish only when you're ready

1.3 Required Agreements Before Going Live

To activate MLS® data on your website, three TRREB‑related agreements are required:

1. TRREB Data Agreement

Authorizes the display of MLS® listing data on your website.

2. Brokerage Authorization Form

Allows your website to access MLS® data under your brokerage’s permissions.

3. IDX Website Display Agreement

Confirms your site's compliance with TRREB display rules.

How to sign:

  • Each document is completed electronically
  • Follow the signature prompts
  • Brokerage and broker‑of‑record signatures may be required
  • Approval times can vary depending on brokerage responsiveness

Your website will begin syncing listings automatically once these documents are fully approved.

1.4 Connecting Your Domain (DNS Setup)

To connect your custom domain:

  1. Log into your domain registrar
  2. Add an A‑Record pointing to the RealBuilderWeb IP address
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5–60 minutes)
  4. SSL is applied automatically once the domain resolves

If your domain doesn’t load, check for:

  • Conflicting A‑records
  • DNS propagation delays
  • Typos in the IP address

1.5 Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard includes:

  • Site Overview: performance and activity
  • Leads: all captured leads in one place
  • Listings: synced TRREB listings
  • Home Evaluations: incoming homeowner valuation requests
  • Neighbourhood Insights: tools for showcasing community data
  • Settings: domains, branding, profiles, integrations

TRREB MLS® Listings (Fully Synced)

2.1 How Listing Sync Works

Your site automatically syncs TRREB MLS® data. You do not upload or manage listings manually. New listings, updates, and sold data appear automatically based on MLS® rules and brokerage permissions.

2.2 What Data Appears on Your Site

Your website displays:

  • Active listings
  • Recently sold listings
  • Address details
  • Photos
  • Beds, baths, square footage (when available)
  • Price and status updates
  • Listing history data when permitted

All data updates automatically.

2.3 Update Frequency

Listings refresh in real time or near-real time depending on MLS® update cycles. Price changes, photo updates, and status changes appear as soon as they are processed.

2.4 Troubleshooting Listing Issues

Common causes of missing listings:

  • Brokerage hasn’t authorized display
  • Listing belongs to a board outside TRREB
  • Recently listed properties waiting on MLS® updates
  • Compliance holds

Support can confirm whether your permissions or sync rules are affecting visibility.

3.1 How It Works

3.2 How Clients Use It

  • Homeowner fills in property details

  • You receive email notifications
  • You can respond with a personalized valuation, CMA, or next steps

3.3 Customizing Your Home Evaluation Page
